The Barn at Cedar Hill is located approximately ten minutes from I-85 in Salisbury, NC and less than a mile away from High Rock Lake. The 4,000 square foot barn is located a quarter of a mile off the road, making it the utmost private location. At Cedar Hill, privacy and tranquility are some of our top priorities...Once you pull into the driveway you are transported through our pine forest and into the quiet serenity of our 100 acre property. The property offers an array of beautiful backdrops for your wedding day. Picturesque scenes include grassy fields by the barn, secluded pine tree forests, a rocky creek bed, and hardwoods alongside the pond.

WEDDING PACKAGES

PRICES FOR 2021 START AT $4250 AND INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:

Usage of the barn and property from 10am-Midnight
(Setup & Event 10am-10:30pm)
(Cleanup 10:30pm - 12:00am)

- Banquet tables for up to 200 guests
- Wooden chairs for up to 200 guests
- Additional tables for buffet, gifts, photos, etc.
- Ivory tablecloths
- Set up of tables & chairs in your chosen layout
- Bridal suite
- Wooded ceremony space with bench seating, shepherd hooks, and cedar arbor
- Built-in bar featuring a 12' live-edge cedar bar top
- Patio with rocking chairs and gas fire pits
- Kitchen prep area
- Four permanent bathrooms
- Gravel parking lot with marked spaces and lighting at night (no attendant needed)
- A hostess present throughout your event
- Security present throughout your event
- A 1-hour reserved rehearsal time the week of your event
- A 2-hour session with usage of the entire property for engagement OR bridal photos
- Month-of Coordinator

- Answers any venue/event related questions throughout the planning process via email
- Holds a final planning session 30 days prior to the event
- Assists in designing the reception floor plan
- Creates a timeline for the event
- Communicates with vendors before and during the event
- Organizes and directs the rehearsal and ceremony
- Assists in decorating the morning of the event
- Oversees the entire event from start to finish
- Assists with clean up at the conclusion of the event
